This Privacy Policy explains how Redcloud Technologies ("Tanvik", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Tanvik website (tanvik.io), platform, and the Tanvik CRM mobile app.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — name, phone number, business details and any message you send through our contact or partner forms.
• Usage information — basic analytics about how the site is used, to improve it.
• Platform data — for customers using the Tanvik platform, the conversations, contacts and orders processed on your behalf, scoped to your workspace.
• Tanvik CRM mobile app data — for agents using our mobile app: your login credentials, the leads, WhatsApp conversations and messages you access through the app (scoped to your business account), your business's wallet balance, and a device token used to deliver push notifications.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the service you requested.
• To operate, maintain and improve the Tanvik platform.
• To send service-related communication. We do not sell your personal data.

Messaging & compliance

Messages sent via WhatsApp, SMS and RCS are subject to the policies of the respective providers and applicable Indian regulations (including TRAI/DLT rules for SMS). Customers are responsible for obtaining consent from their own recipients.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Tanvik CRM Mobile App — Account & Data Deletion

Agents using the Tanvik CRM mobile app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion. Email hello@tanvik.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," from the email address linked to your Tanvik account. Include your registered email and the business (client) account you're associated with. We process requests within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted. Your agent login credentials and profile information, your device push notification token, and your personal access to the app.

What may be retained. Lead, conversation and message data belongs to the business account you work under, not to you individually, and may be retained for legitimate operational and record-keeping purposes even after your personal account is deleted. If you'd like specific conversation data removed, note that in your request and we'll coordinate with the account owner.
